Whitney Thompson in In Touch Weekly
America’s Next Top Model’s latest winner Whitney Thompson is featured in a photo spread in the June 2 issue of In Touch Weekly. (A couple of the pics can be found here.)
As the winner of Cycle 10, “plus-sized” Whitney won a contract with Elite Model Management, a $100,000 Cover Girl contract, and the opportunity to appear on the cover of Seventeen magazine. Upon winning, she told Seventeen, “I just want to get my name and my image out there, to really sell what I’ve been talking about — this message to younger women who can say, ‘You know, that girl’s not a size 0, she looks good, and I can do that.’”
Interestingly, in this other interview, she admits that even with the win and her Elite contract, she’s already struggling as a full-figured model.
